Why do we need to be at the facility 15 minutes before the party starts?
So your guests have a window of time in which to arrive. That way, everyone will be there to get their socks, hear the rules and take full advantage of the time slot you have been allotted.
How early should I (the host) arrive at the party?
The same time as your guests, 15 minutes prior to reservation slot. Quite possibly there will be another party using the facility when you arrive so arriving early makes no difference.
How many guests can I invite for a reservation?
25 kids plus the birthday person. Anyone who receives a pair of socks and plans on jumping is counted as a guet.
What if I want to invite more than 26 children?
Additional kids are $6.45 each over the 26-children limit. This limit is set based on our party room capacity.
Can we eat first, then play?
No. Our time slots are set up so everyone has playtime first then 30 minutes in the party room.
Will there be someone there to serve cake, pizza, etc.?
No. Once your group enters the party room, you are responsible for serving the group. The gifts, goody bags and balloons will be displayed in the room and waiting for you when your playtime is up. Paper products and utensils will be placed by the cake and pizza (if ordered) on the serving table. We will clean up the paper products when you are finished.
Can I bring decorations, confetti, streamers or silly string?
Because we have gone to great expense to professionally decorate our party room, we ask that you refrain from the use of confetti, streamers, silly string or anything that hangs on the walls. You can, however, bring balloons, table decorations and goody bags. If you use any of the restricted items, you will be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.
Can I set up the party myself?
Our staff will set up the room for you. As stated before, setting up before your party is not an option.
Can I bring my own food?
The only food that you are allowed to bring in is cake, drinks, chips/snacks and candy. We also allow pizza and chicken nuggets. Food is limited due to your time allotted in the party room. We do have large colorful bowls for snacks or goody bags if you choose to use them.
What else do I need to bring?
You need to bring something to serve the cake with, and your own drinks. You also need to make sure that your paperwork and payment has been made.
